• BS degree in Civil Engineering

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in land development design and review, site grading, utilities, stormwater, E&SC plans, and preparation of related permit applications
• Technical Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office

License

• PA Professional Engineering registration
